The Centre de Recherche Scientifique et Technique pour le Développement de la Langue Arabe (CRSTDLA) is a public scientific and technological research institution, established on December 14, 1991, as a replacement for the Institute of Linguistics and Phonetics and the Research Unit in Linguistics and Spoken Communication.

It operates under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Algeria.
