Recent Initiatives

1. Indexing of Scientific Publications:
   • The university has begun indexing 8,000 scientific articles from its journals using the DOI system.
   • This makes it the first Algerian university to undertake such a large-scale indexing effort.
   • The goal is to expand this initiative to include theses, dissertations, conference proceedings, and pedagogical books.
2. Digital Object Identifier (DOI):
   • By adopting DOI for its publications, the university ensures global visibility and easier access to its research output.
   • This move aligns with international standards in academic publishing and enhances the university’s reputation.
3. Comprehensive Academic Archive:
   • The university plans to create a digital archive of all its intellectual output, including:
     • Research articles
     • Theses and dissertations
     • Conference papers
     • Books and pedagogical materials
